Often under deadline, with limited resources, and facing unique challenges, my work has included shipping high-end equipment to remote islands, negotiating with vendors, and scheduling complex builds. Putting all the puzzle pieces together is half the fun of seeing a successful project come to fruition.

Experienced at building a company’s systems from scratch, as well as re-vamping established systems, such as payroll, accounting, insurance (workers comp and production), legal release packages, COVID protocols, G-Suite organization and storage, office security, and equipment inventory. Experienced with onboarding employees with start paperwork and weekly payroll in both union and non-union settings.

Systems, protocols, and organization in all forms are my world. From re-vamping existing systems to starting from scratch, I’m experienced in creating systems to organize all assets at a company - a system that fits the personality of how the organization works, is simple, and scale-able for a growing business. From social media to document saving, protocols are a great way to create streamlined communication and systems. I love lists, but they’re only relevant if they’re sustainable. I love new systems, but they’re only relevant if the transition to using them is seamless.
